Refund policy
We have a 2 days return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All Sales Final. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be received damaged in transit, we must receive an email within 2 days with pictures of damaged item in the original packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be granted if email isn't received 2 days after product is delivered. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Paparazzi jewelry meets applicable consumer safety laws and regulations in the United States, including California's Proposition 65.
To start a return, you can contact us at shinebriteforme325@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it make take some time before your refund is officially posted. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by us BEFORE the item(s) is shipped. We try to process orders quickly, so your best chance of cancelling your order is by contacting us within one hour of placing the order. You can reach us at shinebriteforme325@gmail.com. Orders marked as "Shipped" cannot be cancelled.
